Sushma Raman is a seasoned human rights practitioner and social change strategist. She has over 20 years’ experience in launching social justice collaboratives foundations, managing global multi-million dollar portfolios at leading foundations, and teaching graduate public policy students at leading educational institutions. She’s worked alongside leading grassroots and human rights experts, as well as high net-worth individuals.

Sushma has experience giving public speeches, workshops, and lectures to diverse audiences on topics as wide ranging as migration to artificial intelligence to leadership of international organizations. She has hosted talks and conferences at Harvard University and presented at a range of institutions, including Stanford, Yale, and Oxford Universities. Notable speaking engagements include the Gleitsman Award with Nobel Prize winner Malala Yousafzai, the Harvard India conference with Indian movie stars Kamal Hassan and Madhavan, and with Nobel Prize winner Nadia Murad.
